We do not accept returns for any item that has been correctly listed, if an item has been opened (store packaging removed so it is no longer brand new) or changed or modified in any way from it's original state.
Returns are not accepted for any movie or game media that has been correctly listed for use in a given region.

On bidding for any item you accept that postage and packaging charges include packaging materials such as; wrapping paper, padding, celotape and padded bags, and that a small allowance is included for time taken to package the item.
Please take these factors into account when rating the postage & packaging charges, and be mindful that by bidding for any item you accepted and agree to these charges.
If you purchase multiple items at the same time we offer 50% discount on the cheapest secondary items postage and packaging.

Any item that cannot be listed with a shipping price, ie games, dvd's and blu-ray will be shipped 2nd class standard post and will not be covered by any insurance, therefore no refunds will be given for lost or damaged items as there is no proof off delivery.
